Deep Drawing Parts

Deep drawing is a process used to form a large amount of shape into a sheet of metal. Our hydraulic presses can perform draws up to 11" deep and handle sheet sizes up to 25" by 50". Multiple operations, such as blanking, punching, extruding and trimming are often required to complete a part. We are currently deep drawing stainless steel parts for the food equipment industry, hot rolled steel parts for the trucking and heavy-duty conveyor industry and brass parts for the plumbing industry.

Material thickness: range 0.1mm to 4mm inches with 65% of the parts manufactured from stainless steel.
Surface treatment: Zinc plated, chrome, nickel plated, black oxide, powder coated,painting etc
